이 페이지는 Google Play 및 Apple App Store 정책에 따라 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제 방법을 안내합니다. / This page explains how to request deletion of your Aegis account and associated personal data, as required by Google Play and Apple App Store policies.

1. 앱에서 직접 삭제

  1. Aegis 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
  2. 하단 탭의 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
  3. 본인 확인을 위한 재인증을 완료하고 안내에 따라 최종 삭제를 확인합니다.

2. 이메일로 요청

앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 요청 시 본인 확인을 위해 가입 이메일 주소를 함께 알려주세요.

3. 삭제되는 데이터

  • 계정 식별자(UID), 이메일, 표시 이름, 프로필 URL
  • 관심 종목, 알림 설정, 앱 환경 설정
  • AI 요청 이력(서버에 저장된 경우)
  • FCM 푸시 토큰
  • Firebase Authentication 계정 레코드

4. 보존되는 데이터

관계 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존해야 하는 기록(예: 전자상거래법상 결제 기록 5년)은 해당 보존 기간 종료 후 삭제됩니다. 비식별화된 집계 통계 및 법적 분쟁 대응을 위한 기록은 최소한의 범위에서 보존될 수 있습니다.

5. 처리 기간

접수일로부터 10영업일 이내 처리되며, 완료 시 회원가입 이메일로 알림을 보냅니다.

주의: 계정 삭제는 취소할 수 없으며, 삭제 후에는 동일 계정과 연결된 데이터를 복구할 수 없습니다.

1. Delete from within the app

  1. Open the Aegis app and sign in.
  2. Go to the bottom tab: Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  3. Complete re-authentication and confirm the final deletion dialog.

2. Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us. Include the email address associated with your account so that we can verify your identity.

3. Data that will be deleted

  • Account identifier (UID), email, display name, profile image URL
  • Watchlist, alert settings, UI preferences
  • AI request history (if stored server-side)
  • FCM push token
  • Firebase Authentication record

4. Data retained (if any)

Records we must keep to comply with law (e.g., e-commerce receipts for 5 years) are retained for the required period and then destroyed. De-identified aggregate analytics and minimal records needed for legal-dispute handling may be retained.

5. Processing time

Requests are processed within 10 business days; we email confirmation to your registered address when complete.

Warning: Deletion is irreversible. Data associated with the account cannot be recovered afterwards.
