1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aegis mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by INFYNI ("we", "us", the "Company"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent under your local law) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information you provide.
3. Description of the Service
- Aegis provides watchlist management, market-event notifications, and AI-assisted analysis of publicly available market information.
- AI features are powered by third-party generative AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude).
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
4. No Investment Advice
The Service is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice and must not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on Service output.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- access or use the Service using credentials that are not yours, or share your credentials with others;
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service (e.g., excessive automation, reverse engineering, or bypassing security);
- upload or transmit illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content;
- use AI output to engage in market manipulation, unfair trading, or to disseminate misleading information;
- infringe intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
6. Content and Licenses
- You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service and to comply with law.
- All rights in the Service itself (brand, UI, software) are owned by the Company or its licensors.
7. Paid Features
If the Service offers paid features, purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) under their respective terms and refund policies, which control over these Terms for billing matters.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, outages of third-party providers, or your own negligence.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time via "Settings > Account > Delete Account" in the app, or at Account Deletion.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.
